Germanico Teran
Broker in Charge
Germanico Teran started and owns USA Real Estate Group LLC, where he brings 15 years of real estate experience to the Charotte area. Originally from Ecuador, Germanico studied and received a degree in architecture, and throughout his multifaceted career, has always had an aptitude for business. He has lived in North Carolina for over 30 years, where he has an extensive knowledge of the market. He was first exposed to the business as a mortgage loan officer where he helped Hispanics & Latinos understand and secure loans for 8 years. He saw this as an opportunity to greater help the Latino community by becoming a bilingual real estate agent to serve and educate his clients through the home buying process. In his years, he has gone on to serve as Vice President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and has won a local awards for gross sales in south Charlotte. In addition to his real estate career, he is also a proud business owner with his wife of USA Servicios Latinos for 23 years, a tax and booking keeping company. With his expertise and experience from working on every side of the transaction, Germanico brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients and his firm. His mission for the firm is to equip and lead clients with the tools they need to make the best decisions through thoughtful skill and care.

Libia Maritza Teran
Libia Teran is from Ecuador where she obtained her collegiate degree in the medical technology field. She was later inspired to pivot her career to enter the business and banking world alongside her husband. Over the past 23 years she has helped lead USA Servicios Latinos and USA Real Estate Group LLC to success wearing multiple hats as a co-business owner, manager, educator, and trainer for both businesses. She has lived in Charlotte for over 30 years and has been in the real estate business for 15 years. Her active role at USA Real Estate Group LLC when she’s not serving her clients in buying and selling homes, is being the Leader of Operations and the Education Director for its employees. Her natural ability and skill is to educate others about the business in English and Spanish, lending her clients to be in the best hands to learn about the process of their transaction. She is motivated by offering the best care for her clients through honesty and diligence by always putting their needs first.

Gissela Teran
Gissela Teran graduated from Appalachian State University and is a Charlotte native. With 4 years of experience in commercial and residential interior architecture, her background in this field allows her to bring a different perspective to each transaction. As an extension to her clients, she also offers design consulting and services. Along with being a real estate broker, she also is the Marketing Director for USA Real Estate Group LLC, where she manages branding, graphics, and social media. Her approach to helping others is focused on shaping one of a kind experiences for clients by fully realizing their goals and a property’s potential.

Germanico X. Teran, a UNC Charlotte Alumni, studied business administration with a focus in management.
